Our capital allocation framework is designed to enhance long-term shareholder value, and is based on three core pillars: (i) maintaining and, over the long term, growing our dividend, (ii) reinvesting in the business, including maintaining the flexibility to deploy capital towards potential value-creating business development transactions, and (iii) in the future, the potential to resume the return of capital to shareholders through value-enhancing share repurchases.
